FAQs?

How long is shipping?

It takes two business days (Mon-Fri; Sat & Sun are not business days) for processing/payment clearance before your order ships to make sure there is no fraudulent activity/transactions. During that time frame, your order is being fulfilled. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping  confirmation email to track your package; you will receive it within 2 days, maybe 3 depending on your location, via standard express shipping; unless you purchase expedited shipping which takes 1-2 days.

International orders can take up to 3 weeks (15-20 days) to be delivered standard express unless shipped expedited which takes  up to 10 days after being shipped.

It's been 2 days, it still says USPS awaiting item?

Once a shipping label is  purchased for your parcel, it is either dropped off the same or next business day if purchased after USPS cut-off time, 5 PM EST MON-FRI. Once dropped off, it can take up to 48 hours for USPS to scan tracking bar code as parcels have to go through sorting. If it's been more than 72 business hours (3 business days) we are willing to work with you as far as contacting USPS, because there isn't much we can physically do since we do not work for USPS, only use their shipping services. If you receive  tracking information after cut-off time on a Friday or over the weekend, tracking  information may not be available until the following business day (Mon or Tues at the latest).

Package returned due to undeliverable or insufficient address?

It is important that you proof read your address before completing your purchase. If you live in an apartment building, it is important to include your building/unit number, letter, etc. The second address line at checkout is for this purpose if you live in a complex. Any errors in your shipping address will result in your package  being returned by USPS as UA (undeliverable address), IA (insufficient/incomplete address), vacant or no forwarding address, etc. If you would like for the package to be shipped again, there will be a re-shipment fee the same cost as Standard Express shipping at checkout. If your package is returned and we do not receive a response within 5 business  days, your order will be refunded minus shipping costs.

My tracking number says delivered but I have not received my package?

If your tracking number shows delivered but you've yet to receive your package, we advise that you reach out to USPS immediately (1-800-275-8777). We would not be able to be  of much assistance in instances such as these due to the parcel no longer being in our possession. USPS follows protocol and has access to systems/tools to investigate instances such as these. So, it will solely be  their responsibility to fully assist you. If you have no luck with USPS tracking your parcel, we suggest checking with neighbors, etc. as well as checking your order details to double check your shipping address was correctly entered, as we DO NOT alter nor modify shipping addresses unless notified by the customer if order had not already shipped or if we are having issues purchasing a label for your order due  to an issue with your address.

Returns/Refunds?

Due to the nature of the item, we do not accept returns or offer refunds; unless there was an error on our end (such as incorrect lash style and we receive proof,) and the item has not been opened or tampered with, its been over a week (excluding weekends SAT & SUN are not business days) and your order has not shipped. Unless otherwise, all sales are final.
