SHIPPING POLICY

It’s important to us that our customers feel fully informed and confident when working with us. That’s why we’ve made an extensive page in full detail that explains past customers’ questions along with answers from our experienced team. HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?

Orders are shipped 2-3 days after customer's orders have been processed. Processing takes 2, sometimes 3 business days (if orders were made during a sale, orders generally take longer to ship out due to high order volumes. So please allow at least 5 business days for your order to be shipped if purchasing during a sale). Once done processing, orders are then fulfilled and shipped out, and a shipment confirmation email is mailed out automatically with tracking information included. Below, you could find a chart to view the details of each shipping method we provide at checkout.

HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Once shipped out, customers are automatically emailed a shipping confirmation email that includes the customer's tracking number, and a link to directly track the package. Once shipped, it is no longer our responsibility to keep up with the whereabouts of customer's packages. It is solely the customer's responsibility to keep track of their package and make sure they are home day of expected delivery date to retrieve their package. LASH BARBS is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. We d not reimburse orders stating to be delivered. If your package states delivered, and you have yet to receive it, you will need to contact USPS Customer Service so they can do an open and thorough investigation to investigate the whereabouts of your package. LASH BARBS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY USPS DELAYS!

RETURNS

Due to the nature of the item, we do not accept returns due to sanitary reasons. If a package is returned back to LASH BARBS for any reasons such as incomplete/insufficient shipping address, your order will be refunded and shipping expenses will be deducted from your refund, unless your order qualified for free shipping.

I PAID FOR 2 DAY SHIPPING, WHY HASN'T MY ORDER SHIPPED YET?

When purchasing 2 Day Expedited Shipping at checkout, that does not mean you will receive your order 2 days after the day you order, or that your order will ship the same day you order so that your order could be delivered 2 days after you ordered. That would fall into the category of SAME DAY SHIPPING, which is not an option on our site.  ALL ORDERS have to go through the security processing system BEFORE being shipped to ensure that there is no fraudulent activity or purchases being made on our site. 2 Day Expedited Shipping means you will get your order 2 days AFTER the day it ships, not 2 days after the day that you have placed your order.

COVID-19 SHIPPING DELAYS

Due to COVID-19, there has been many unexpected shipping delays. Please be aware that LASH BARBS is not responsible for any delays that may occur once your order has been shipped & you have received tracking information via email. All orders are shipped the same day customers receive their shipping confirmation emails with tracking information included. Due to COVID-19, it states on USPS website that USPS has limited transportation, which is out of our control. So, it may take longer than the normal 24-48 hour time frame for tracking updates to appear when tracking your order. So, please be patient for tracking information to be updated. We do not hold on to packages, nor do we send out phony tracking numbers. As stated before, USPS is experiencing a lot of shipping delays due to COVID-19, so it may take a while to receive tracking updates. If you decide to still contact USPS regarding not receiving any tracking updates, and they inform you that we have not shipped your package or that only a label has been created and they are waiting for your package, please believe that to NOT be true. As stated before, orders are dropped off the same day tracking is sent out for orders that have been shipped, so tracking numbers will remain in pre-shipment until USPS mail couriers have unloaded local drop box locations that packages are dropped off at.
